we were glad to have central heating, an electric kettle, and an ipod dock in the dormitory room with gates. in general the service was good.

The rooms were beautiful, huge with sheets changed daily, ideal for us. Having a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus...

The rooms at Trang An Secret Garden are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. As a family, we loved the private bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. It made us feel pampered and refreshed. The air conditioning in the guest rooms was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. We could relax and escape the heat. Waking up to a stunning lake view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. It added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay.

While we enjoyed the iPod docking station in the room, we personally didn't find much use for it.

Friendly staff that go the extra mile and fantastic lake views 🌅. This place serves up a variety of tasty dishes that hit the spot.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful rock formation, and the staff at Trang An Secret Garden were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The pool was absolutely amazing and provided a refreshing break from the heat. The room was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the location as it was easy to rent a scooter and explore the surrounding area. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While we enjoyed the pool and the location, some aspects of the hotel were not as well-maintained as we would have liked. There was a bit of mess left around, and some staff members were a bit pushy when it came to buying tours.

Lastly, the hotel's location in a calm village was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. It offered a serene atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

We had a great stay in a calm neighborhood, very close to all the attractions. The staff was top-notch, always very friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with the Mua Cave and Trang An boat tour just a short drive away.

The swimming pool seemed poorly maintained, with unclear water and trash left around.

Had a weekend getaway that was supposed to be a relaxing stay, but things didn't go quite as planned. the staff made the best of it though, they were really friendly and accommodating. Two complementary facts offered, the room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed without delay. the location was decent, it was pretty easy to get to the local attractions from there. One of the best aspects of the weekend was the beautiful pool that was really clean and refreshing.

The negatives were fairly significant though. the bed in the room was too hard for our liking, it wasn't exactly comfortable to sleep on.
